Magic Crystal ("the App") is a free-to-play mobile game developed by Magic Crystal ("we", "us", or "our"). This policy explains what data the App collects and how it is used.

1. Data We Collect

The App does not require account creation and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

The following data may be collected or accessed:

• Device Identifier (IDFA) — collected by our advertising partner (Google AdMob) to serve personalized ads, only after you grant permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
• Usage Data — ad impressions and interactions are recorded by Google AdMob for ad delivery and reporting.
• Game Progress — saved locally on your device only. We do not transmit or store game progress on any server.

2. Third-Party Advertising

The App displays optional rewarded video ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device and usage data as described in Google's privacy policy. No ads are shown without your interaction — you choose to watch a rewarded ad for an in-game bonus.

3. Data Storage

All game data (progress, settings, preferences) is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. We do not operate servers that receive or store your data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data. The only third party that may receive data is Google AdMob, as described above, and only when you choose to watch an ad.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Personalized ads are only enabled if the user grants tracking permission.

6. Your Choices

• You can decline the App Tracking Transparency prompt to prevent IDFA-based ad personalization.
• You can reset your Advertising Identifier in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• You can delete all local game data by uninstalling the App.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.
